North Tuddenham is a small, settled parish between Dereham and Hockering, where many of the properties have roofs approaching or well past the point where patching no longer makes financial sense.
The village sits quietly off the main routes, which gives it an unhurried character reflected in its housing — predominantly traditional brick cottages and modest rural houses, some of which date back well over a century. Several properties we've surveyed here have underlays that have fully dried out and cracked, with batten nails corroded through. At that stage, a full new roof — strip, membrane, batten, tile — is the only sensible course.
North Tuddenham is less than six miles from our Dereham base, so attendance for a survey is straightforward and swift. We don't charge for initial surveys and we'll tell you plainly if your roof still has years left in it rather than push for an unnecessary replacement.
